Research is at the heart of everything we do.
Andrew Meikle has been researching high achieving individuals and high performance environments for over 20 years - resulting in one of the largest banks of data of this kind in the world and he continues to add to this research all the time. The culmination is Meikle Files Black - an education programme designed to impart the insights of a lifetime of research.
This is achieved through a curriculum that both builds strength of mind and provides leaders and high potentials with knowledge and tools to stimulate improvement in both their own performance and that of their teams and/or populations within an organisation.
We are enormously proud that our advocacy score is 9.6 out of 10.
Meikle Files Black has had over 500 graduates.
The programme aims to:
- Identify, communicate and condition what makes elite human performers unique
- Identify what is unique about environments that stimulate people to high performance
- Educate individuals in the practical application of Andrew’s research-based findings
- Build strong minds
- Provide leaders and high potentials with tools to stimulate improvements in performance from themselves, their teams and /or populations within an organisation
